Here at Seville Classics, we pass on whatever freight savings we receive from our carriers (UPS) right down to the customer. We never charge a handling fee and it’s never our intention to profit off the shipping charges. If you feel if you have been overcharged for shipping, please contact our customer service department and we’ll gladly reimburse the difference.
We understand that the cost of shipping can be high due to the size of some of our products (e.g., shelving unit sets, worktables, etc.). To help minimize the cost of freight, we attempt to combine shipments (as few as packages as possible) of multiple item orders. We encourage you to shop with your family and friends, and order together to minimize and share the cost of freight, especially for smaller sized items.
You also have the option of shipping under your UPS account number. Just contact our customer service department to arrange this. Furthermore, remember that bulk orders are eligible for volume discounts and LTL (less than truckload) shipments which can also save on the overall cost.
