• Why am I getting taxed if I do not live in one of the stated states that charges tax?

• When I place my order, why do I get a message that says: UPS request error: The maximum per package weight for the selected service from the selected country is 150 pounds.request_option= Shop service code: ?

• Should I be concerned about placing an order via your online store?
We guarantee that every order you make on our website is safe. We use strict security precautions to make our website safe, including the use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server. Any information you enter while you're using the secure server is encrypted before being transmitted, so it is virtually impossible for an outside party to access or intercept your information. Please be assured that your shopping experience is safe with us.


• What shipping methods do you use?
We ship most orders via UPS, and the options include: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. In some instances (e.g., size of the order is small, shipping to a P.O. Box, etc.), we may ship via USPS (US Postal Service).


• What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
Presently, we accept credit cards as the preferred method of payment. We accept the following cards: American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. You have the option of paying via Google checkout.

• How do I check the status of my order? Can I track my order?
Your order confirmation e-mail should include the tracking number and shipment method of your order. To view the status of your order, simply log-in to your account with us. Otherwise, please e-mail Customer Support or call us at 1-800-323-5565, and we'll gladly check the status of your order.


• How long will it take to get my order?
The time it takes to receive you order varies on the shipping option you have selected and the location to which you are shipping the product. Our U.S. warehouse and distribution center is located in Southern California, and we typically ship all orders within 48 hours receipt. After you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email that includes a receipt of your order and a tracking number.


• I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
Call Customer Support at 1-800-323-5565 and we will be happy to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet shipped.


• Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel your order. Simply call our Customer Support Center at 1-800-323-5565 and we will be happy to cancel your order.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes only if your order is under 70 Lbs.

• Do you ship products to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to Alaska or Hawaii via UPS.


• Do you take international orders?
Unfortunately, international orders are not available online. We do ship to Canada when you order over the phone — please call Customer Support at 1-800-323-5565 to place an order and inquire about shipping rates.

• Can I receive sales tax exemption for an online order?
Please contact our Customer Support Center for more information.

• Can I place an order by telephone? 
No — We are currently unable to take phone orders at this time.

• Can I pick-up my order to avoid shipping charges?
Unfortunately, unless your total order is over $1,000, we don’t not allow customer pick-up.


• How do I know if something I purchased is on back order?
If an item is on backorder, it will usually say so on the product pages, but if for somer reason it was not updated, your customer service representative will contact you either via email or phone.


• Does SevilleClassics.com offer gift wrapping?
At the present time, we do not offer gift wrapping. We hope to offer a gift-wrapping option soon. Check back in a few months.


• How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated for all orders in California, Texas, and Arkansas.


• Can I get a discount if I place a large order?
Yes – volume discounts are available as follows:
Orders less than $500 (not including shipping): no discount
Orders between $500 - $749 (not including shipping): 3% discount
Orders between $750 - $999 (not including shipping): 5% discount
Orders between $1000 - $2499 (not including shipping): 7% discount
Orders over $2500 (not including shipping): 10% discount

• Are all the products sold on the online store available in retail stores?
Most of the items shown on our website are available in various retail stores nationwide. However, some retailers may not carry an entire collection. If you can’t find a specific item in our online store, you can contact of Customer Support Center for additional assistance.

• Can orders be shipped to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, when entering an APO/FPO address please follow the following format:

Address Line: Marine Division Sct 1

Zip Code: 34049 (Actual Zip Code)
City: FPO (APO if APO)
