• Where can I find plastic trash bags that will fit my Seville Classics’ trash can?
Your trash can is designed to work well with a tall kitchen trash bag. However, for the best fit you can purchase custom Sure-fit liners from Simplehuman. Sure-fit wastecan liners are available in either a 1.5 gallon (6 liter) or 8 gallon (30 liter) size and are compatible with your Seville Classics’ trash can.

• What type of batteries does the Ultra Slim Line Tower Fan remote use?
The remote for the Ultra Slim Line Tower Fan operates on two (2) AAA batteries

• Is the light on the top of the large fan (model 10175 & 10177) suppose to be red?
Yes, the red light on the top of the fan is simply the power button and is suppose to be red in color.

• Is the top of the large fan (model 10175 & 10177) supposed to be warm?
Yes, the warmth generated by the top of the large fan is normal and nothing to worry about. The fan keeps itself warm to ensure a quick start when turning on the fan. If the warmth concerns you, we recommend unplugging the fan when not in use.

• When you first open the box, the large or small personal fan may smell (rubbery) funny. Why?
These fans are shipped directly from the factory and usually need a little time to air out. This smell should go away and should be of no concern.

• Does the remote for the large fan (model 10175 & 10177) work on the small personal fan (10176)?
No, unfortunately the remote for the large fan only works on the large fan. The small personal fan does not have a remote.

• How do I clean the large or small personal fans?
Steps for storage & cleaning:
1) To clean your fan, first turn it OFF AND unplug it.
2) Use a soft cloth to wipe the housing. Do NOT use water, gasoline, polish, or any chemical solution. Do NOT soak/immerse fan in water/liquid.
3) You can use a vacuum cleaner (narrow tube with the brush attachment) to clean all intake and exhaust vents.
4) Store in a dry place away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

• Why shouldn’t I leave the large or small personal fan in a window or in direct sunlight?
Both fans are made of plastic and we do NOT advise leaving plastic objects in direct sunlight for prolonged periods, due to possible warping or overheating.

• Is the back intake grill on the large fan (model 10175 & 10177) removable?
No, the back intake grill on the large fan is NOT removable and we do NOT advise attempting
