Yes, you can use your APO/FPO address as your billing address. Please note that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

How do I use E-Gift Cards?

E-Gift Cards can be redeemed when you check out. Simply enter the E-Gift Card code when prompted. Then enter the amount you want to be charged on your E-Gift Card.

What are your payment methods?

Currently we accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also offer Google Checkout and Paypal as payment options. In the payment screen when you checkout, please select your method of payment. All information you enter on our site is encrypted using the strictest specifications, so rest assured that your information is safeguarded.

Can I checkout without signing up for an account?

Yes, you can checkout without signing up for an account. However, you will still need to enter a valid email address as the tracking and confirmation emails will be sent to you. We assure you, you will not receive any other communication unless it is critical to your order.

When can I expect my order?

We will send you a confirmation with tracking information once the order has been ship. To view the status of your order, simply enter that tracking number here. You can also log onto the appropriate carrier's website to track the shipment.


Our goal is to ship within 24-48 hours of payment being cleared. We are open during normal business hours from Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm. Orders placed on Friday afternoons and on the weekends will be processed on Mondays.

Why was my credit card rejected?

As a security measure, we require customers to complete the full address as it appears on file with your credit card. All fields in the billing information must match or else the card will be rejected. Please contact customer support for more information.
