We do not offer COD or drop ship reselling.
Tax ID
Please note that a TAX ID is required to establish a business account.
Shipping
You can expect your order to ship within 2-3 business days. Any special services (inside delivery, upper floor delivery, extra requests at delivery, etc.) are subject to additional charges and result in longer shipping lead times.
Rush Processing and Expedited Shipping Charges
Any order placed that requires expedited shipping will be subject to additional expedited shipping charges.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for all freight costs roundtrip.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from www.sevilleclassics.com, you can (1) return it for a full refund by sending it back to us at your expense or (2) we will arrange for the product(s) to be picked up and returned to Seville Classics, after which we will issue your refund less a 20% re-stocking fee. In the case of LTL (truck) shipments, in addition to the 20% re-stocking fee, the cost of LTL freight will be deducted from the refund. Please contact our customer service at (800) 323-5565 or support@sevilleclassics.com within 30 days of your purchase to let us know which order number you want to return.
