Free Shipping in the US

Orders shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia qualify for free standard ground shipping via FedEx Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Standard ground delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Seville Classics is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Any orders that are intercepted, refused, or returned after shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How to Expedite Your Shipping

You can select expedited shipping at checkout at an additional cost to receive your order faster. Seville Classics ships expedited orders within 2 business days of purchase which does not include the expedited transit time. Transit times do not include weekends. Our expedited service is ideal for time-sensitive projects.

Large Order & Freight Delivery (LTL)

Seville Classics reserves the right to ship the merchandise via delivery truck (LTL carrier), which may require additional processing time. Depending on order size or weight, we may choose to deliver merchandise via dedicated LTL truck in order to minimize potential damage in transit and to ensure the entire order is delivered at one time.

Free shipping applies to LTL orders shipped within the contiguous US, provided no special services are requested. Special services include inside delivery, upper floor delivery, or other customized delivery requests. Additional fees apply for these additional services.

Locations Not Eligible for Free Shipping

Free shipping does not apply to all U.S. territories. The following areas require additional shipping charges:

1. Hawaii - Hawaiian Islands require additional carrier fees due to ocean transport and extended delivery times.
2. Alaska - Alaskan deliveries involve additional carrier fees and longer transit times due to distance and limited routes.
3. U.S. Territories - Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other territories require specialized freight handling.

Locations Not Eligible for Shipping

1. P.O.Boxes - We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
2. APO/FPO Addresses - We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Military postal addresses have size and weight restrictions that prevent shipment of most storage and organization products.
3. Canada - We cannot ship to Canada at this time. Cross-border shipments incur customs processing fees and international carrier charges.
