Official Seville Classics Giveaway Terms
Seville Classics Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Seville Classics (the “Sponsor”). By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply and be bound by these Official Giveaway Terms (the “Official Giveaway Terms”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. For the purposes of these Official Giveaway Terms, individuals who enter or participate in the Giveaway are referred to as “Entrants” or “you.”
1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 28, 2025 and ends at [11:59] p.m. PT on June 10, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility to win is conditioned upon full compliance with all requirements outlined in these terms. The Giveaway is open to those who are, at the time of submitting an entry, 18 years of age or older. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway: 1) Employees of Seville Classics (temporary and permanent) and members of their immediate family; 2) Permanent employees of any vendors that are directly involved in organizing or conducting the Giveaway.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, an eligible Entrant must follow the steps below to receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway:
· Follow the Seville Classics Instagram account (@sevilleclassicsofficial).
· Post a photo or video on your Instagram feed showing your favorite way to use any Seville Classics product.
· Use the hashtag #SevilleClassicsMyWay and tag @sevilleclassicsofficial so your post can be found.
Limit one (1) standard entry per person. All required steps must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. The Instagram post must be made within the Giveaway Period.
4. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND GIVEAWAY DELIVERY: Between June 11th 2025 - June 17th 2025, the Sponsor will select five (5) potential Giveaway Winners (the “Potential Winners”) from among the Entrants who have properly completed all necessary steps to enter this Giveaway. The final decision of the Potential Winners will be made at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
The Potential Winners will be announced on the Sponsor’s Instagram account via Stories on June 17th, 2025, and contacted by the Sponsor via Instagram Direct Messages (the “Giveaway Notification”). To be confirmed as a Giveaway Winner (the “Giveaway Winner”), the selected Entrants must confirm Giveaway acceptance within forty-eight (48) hours of Giveaway Notification.
If a Potential Winner does not confirm Giveaway acceptance within forty-eight (48) hours of Giveaway Notification or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Giveaway Terms, then they will be disqualified. In that case, the Sponsor may choose an alternate Potential Winner, and this process may be repeated as needed until a Giveaway Winner is confirmed.
5. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION: The Sponsor will award five (5) winners with the following Prizes (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) for the Giveaway:
· One (1) First Place Grand Prize: $250 store credit for use on sevilleclassics.com only.
· One (1) Second Place Prize: $100 store credit for use on sevilleclassics.com only.
· Three (3) Third Place Prizes: each consisting of $50 store credit for use on sevilleclassics.com only.
Each Prize will be provided to the Giveaway Winner via Instagram Direct Message upon confirmation of the Giveaway Notification. Each Prize is valid only on sevilleclassics.com and must be redeemed within six (6) months of the date of acceptance. Expired Prizes will not be reissued or honored.
6. GIVEAWAY RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credits. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of a Prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the Prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these Official Giveaway Terms without notice. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen Prizes, once received and in the possession of the Giveaway Winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES: By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants are consenting to the Sponsors’ usage of personal data in connection with the Giveaway and release the Sponsor, from and against any and all liability or claims for any and all legal claims, injury, loss, illness, litigation or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of a Prize. By submitting content (photos or videos), you confirm that the submitted content is your own and that you have the right to share it. You grant the Sponsor the non-exclusive right to reuse, share, edit, and repost your submitted content across our social media, website, and marketing materials, with credit where possible. This does not affect your ownership rights to the original content.
